Wine obtained from the processing of Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah grapes harvested and selected by hand between the beginning and the end of September. The fermentation for 25 days in maceration on the skins is followed by 15 months in new Allier barriques with light toasting and 36 months of aging in the bottle.

Garnet with rusty reflections. Large and eye-catching. On the nose, notes of wild fruits, undergrowth and dark spices. Powerful opens with notes of licorice, tobacco, toasted nuts and a hint of sherry and balsamic. Full and elegant. Persistent with an excellent balance of acidity, flavor and tannins. On the palate burnt caramel and dried fruit, black sky and cocoa powder.
Ideal for white and red meats cooked in the oven. Excellent companion to medium and long-aged cheeses.
