In our mixed pack you will find all five main cuts, steaks, slices, roast, mince and stew, in packs of 1 kg. labeled and conveniently vacuum-packed for better conservation. They can be kept in the fridge at home for up to about ten days or frozen. We pay particular attention to the processing of our meats, we start with a long aging of the half carcasses which varies according to the characteristics of the animal, but which never drops below twenty days. Since 2017 our meat has been recognized as a Slow Food Presidium for the protection of biodiversity.
