Nonno Nino's cheese raw milk kg. 4.5

This product is collected from a sheepfold selected directly by us on the basis of:
the quality of the milk, the hygienic conditions of the fold, the type of diet and the health of the cattle, in order to guarantee the quality of the final product. Maturation minimum 60 days, time necessary to make dangerous microorganisms inactive. Raw processing that is without pasteurizing the milk that is processed as soon as it is milked, in order to preserve all the organoleptic and sensory properties of sheep's milk, giving the cheese an unmistakable taste and aroma.
A grainy paste that is very open, with an uneven color ranging from straw yellow to golden, a rich, decisive taste, tingling with aromas that change according to the seasons and the feeding of the sheep.
