Il clima avverso caratterizzato da un inverno con temperature pi\u00f9 alte della media e una primavera con forti gelate\u00a0 e scarse precipitazioni ha fatto s\u00ec che le rese primaverili sia per quanto riguarda il miele millefiori sia i monoflora abbiano sub\u00ecto un forte calo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Dall\u2019ultimo report dell\u2019osservatorio nazionale del miele il mese di aprile \u00e8 risultato il mese pi\u00f9 freddo negli ultimi 24 anni, caratterizzato soltanto da due brevi periodi miti, uno all\u2019inizio del mese ereditato da una fine marzo assai calda, e un secondo a fine mese dovuto all\u2019alta pressione subtropicale.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Nel mese di maggio invece si sono registrati venti spesso secchi e atipici per intensit\u00e0 e durata.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Questo clima anomalo ha bloccato le fioriture e il gelo ha bruciato quelle esistenti ostacolando il lavoro delle api bottinatrici nel trovare il nettare da immagazzinare.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Conseguentemente oltre al danno economico derivante dalla mancata produzione le aziende apistiche hanno dovuto far fronte anche ai maggiori costi sostenuti per la nutrizione, i costi per la manodopera che deve fare pi\u00f9 di frequente spostamenti per distribuire il nutrimento alle api ed evitare che le stesse muoiano di fame.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Le api sono importantissime per l\u2019agricoltura perch\u00e9 esse non portano solo profitto agli apicoltori ma in generale a tutta l\u2019agricoltura, grazie al loro lavoro di impollinazione la qualit\u00e0 e la resa di molte colture sono migliori.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
